Hay Creek Ranch occupies 50.243 acres in the Twin Valley area on the south side of Hay Creek Road and west of I-25. Hay Creek Road connects to the western end of Baptist Road. The Assessor's Tax Schedule number is 71000-00-319.
Hay Creek Ranch LLC has requested rezoning from RR-3 (five acre rural residential) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
