In response to the October 12th proposal we received from the Schuck Corporation, the following is our Board’s response in brief outline form. The context of our response is that the annexation of the 900 acres be a "straight" annexation excluded from the Forest Lakes Metropolitan District:

Our board is willing to seriously consider this "straight annexation" on November 1. Any deviations from the above listed position will still be considered, but not until a continuance (of up to 60 days) from the November 1 public hearing. For your information, we anticipate significant public opposition to the annexation. (see two attachments)
